Overview of Role:

Following a period of exponential growth, we are looking for experienced Financial Services Project and Programme Managers to join our consultancy team. Responsibilities will Include the Following:

  • Develop, manage and deliver business improvement projects to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities
  • Participate in business problem solving delivering robust analysis that outlines how clients can change their business to achieve real benefit
  • Develop insights that generate business value by analysing client data using our frameworks to identify business improvement opportunity
  • Assess the current state of business, identifying and delivering improvements in process, system or human performance.
  • Participate in re-engineering business models whether it is at a strategic business-wide level or at a functional or process level

Experience and Skills required for the role of Project Manager:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in business improvement programmes within a Consultancy environment.  Specifically programme experience within a Financial Services capacity would be a distinct advantage
  • You will be an individual with a genuine appetite and passion for business models and business improvement
  • You will have had exposure to business improvement methodologies and may have a qualification in Six Sigma or an equivalent methodology
  • You will have participated in project delivery and may already have a background in consultancy or strategy planning and management
  • You will have an appetite for learning and genuinely desire a career where creativity and ingenuity are valued and encouraged
