FS Consultants/Managers - New York


 

Overview of Role:

DISTINCT is a new breed of management consultancy and outsourcing provider: we use advanced data modelling and process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance, reduce costs and create growth for our clients. We work with our clients in the areas of Customer Value, Enterprise Risk, Sales Performance and Operational Excellence. By taking the broad commercial view, we come up with innovative and effective ways for companies to cut cost, reduce risk or cut time to market.

Our clients include market-leading banking, insurance, and healthcare companies in Europe, the US and Australasia.  Our delivery teams combine solid consultancy skills with sound industry knowledge.

Following a period of growth and the establishment of our New York Office, we are now looking for experienced FS consultants and Managers to join our growing team in New York with the following skills and attributes:

Skills/Background:  

  • 3-5+ Years’ experience, preferably in Financial Services (Insurance/Banking), ideally within a Consulting background
  • Process Excellence, Cost and Productivity Improvement, coupled with Organisational Change
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification & Training Delivery Experience
  • Operating Model Design, Implementation & Benefit Delivery
  • Customer Strategy Definition and Enablement, to include Customer Insight and Proposition Development
  • Customer Experience and Channel Management
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
  • Campaign Design and Implementation

 

Attributes:  

  • 2.1 Degree in either Business/IT discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have an appetite for learning and genuinely desire a career where creativity and ingenuity are valued and encouraged
  • Contribute to business problem solving delivering robust analysis that outlines how clients can change their business to achieve real benefit
