Following a period of growth, we are now looking for experienced FS consultants to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities Will Include the Following:

• Participate in delivering business improvement projects to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities
• Contribute to business problem solving delivering robust analysis that outlines how clients can change their business to achieve real benefit
• Participate in re-engineering business models whether it is at a strategic business-wide level or at a functional or process level
• The utilisation of strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues associated with the implementation business analytics solutions.

Experience and Skills Required for the Role of Consultant:

• 3+ years experience as a Consultant within the Banking and/or Insurance industry (either as a consultant or through experience gained working within the industry)
• 2.1 Degree in either Business/IT discipline
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• An understanding of generic business strategy and the components that underpin high performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
