New Joiners in July

Kevin Miller has joined Distinct Partners as head of Insurance. Kevin brings a wealth of experience in leading major operational improvement and change programmes. He has held senior line roles in Operations, Finance, IT, and Change across both the insurance and banking sectors, including Divisional COO for a well know London insurer. His recent experience includes re-engineering Underwriting and Claims processes, delivering operational excellence, and working with underwriting teams to improve operational effectiveness. Kevin has 10 years management consultancy experience in both Big 4 and internal consultancies, and managed large teams both in the UK and internationally. Kevin is a qualified accountant.

David Powell has joined Distinct Partners as head of Banking. David has an extensive background in financial services, both as a consultant and as an industry practitioner, predominantly in the investment banking and wealth management sectors. Working within the 'Big four' and niche consultancies David has led many transformation programmes focusing on business strategy, operational effectiveness and cost optimisation. He also specialises in working with boards and senior management team members to design, develop and implement management information and analytics programmes - a core element of Distinct's capabilities. David is also qualified accountant and brings substantial international experience having spent extensive periods in the US, Middle East, Far East and continental Europe.
